- Identity Verification: To enhance trust and safety, we may ask you to voluntarily submit identity proof documents for manual verification purposes.
b) Information We Collect Automatically:
- Device & Usage Data: When you access our Service, we automatically collect data such as your IP address, device ID, log files, general geographic location, and device specifications. We use analytics services like Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and PostHog.
- Cookies: We use cookies to store your login information, maintain your session, and personalize your experience.
c) Information from Third Parties:
- Payment Information: We use Razorpay, a third-party payment gateway, to process payments. We do not store your credit/debit card number but may store transaction details to update your account access.
- Chat Data: If you are a paid member, your chat conversations are processed and stored using Firebase (Realtime Database / Firestore) to deliver the chat service.
3. How We Use Your Information
Your information is used primarily to deliver a personalized and effective matchmaking experience. Specific uses include:

- To process your payments for subscription plans and other paid features.
